The patterns and products created from these patterns are the exclusive property of Curly Knits and are intended solely for personal use. Any resale of the patterns or sale of finished products is strictly prohibited and not authorized.

Please refrain from machine-washing any Curly Knit products unless specified otherwise in the product description. For best care, hand-wash your items in cold water, gently squeezing out excess moisture, and then laying them flat to dry. When storing, kindly fold your items to maintain their shape and prevent stretching.

The responsibility for your package's safe and timely delivery lies with the shipping carriers. Curly Knits is unable to provide coverage for any associated costs or issue refunds in such circumstances. In the unfortunate situation where a package is declared lost, missing, or marked as 'delivered' but cannot be located, rest assured that Curly Knits will make every effort to assist in reaching out to the relevant parties and provide any necessary information to aid in the recovery process.

Packages that are returned to Curly Knits within the EU, I are more than willing to bear the costs associated with reshipping the items to you. However, in cases where a package is returned during international shipping, it is imperative that the postage for reshipment be covered by the customer. Regrettably, orders shipped internationally that require reshipment will not be eligible for refunds or cancellations.
